If you are like most of us you have an idea of what success is for you, and you have been working at getting it. But, if for some reason it just isn’t happening; if you get close sometimes, but never quite make it, that’s normal too. It just isn’t that easy to do on your own. Life Balance: You will choose life balance coaching when you feel your life is out of balance. It is when you feel some areas demand too much attention while others are neglected. You will receive help you to: • Identify the imbalance; what your want to change • Clarify your intentions • Design a plan for change All the while you will have support. I will hold your vision for you so that you are able to achieve your goal of a balanced life. Stress Reduction:You will choose stress reduction when you just feel stressed out and need to make a change. Often when you feel stressed you are unable to see alternatives you feel stuck. You will learn techniques that will help you: • See you do have options • Choose which option will work best for you • Clarify your goal • Design your personal steps to reduce stress As you take the steps to reduce the stress in your life you will have support. I will hold your vision for you so that you are able to achieve your goal of de-stressed life.
Clear the clutterYou will choose to clear the clutter when there seems to be just too much of any thing in your life. When you feel over whelmed with all the work you have to do, your home, your house work, your family life. You will learn tools that will help you: • Identify the things that are causing the feeling of overwhelm and clutter • Clarify what is important what is clutter • Design a plan to clear out the unwanted “things” While you clear away the clutter you will my have support. I will hold your vision for you so that you are able to achieve your goal of a simple uncluttered life.
Making changes in your life takes time. The habits or other behaviors you would like to change took time to develop so if you want to make lasting changes that will take time too. I recommend you start with a minimum three month commitment. My programs are designed to be eight to tens months in length. You owe it to yourself to give it your best effort. It is always your choice, if you feel it is not working you can leave at any time. Take your time. Think about it.
